Thank you for shopping with MisstKart. We want your experience to be smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Below is our shipping policy so you know what to expect.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses across India. If you would like international shipping, please contact us at info@misstkart.com to discuss possibilities.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (weekends and Indian public holidays excluded).
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number (if applicable).
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order safely and on time.
- In some cases, multiple courier partners may be used depending on your location.
- Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance (for international orders), natural disasters, or courier partner issues.
4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.
- Free standard shipping may apply for orders above a certain cart value (please see current promotions / checkout notice).
- Express or expedited shipping may be available in select areas for an additional fee.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- After dispatch, typical delivery times within India are 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
- For remote or rural locations, or during peak seasons, transit may take longer.
- Please treat these as estimated times; MisstKart does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the courier partner’s system.

7. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information (including pin code, landmark, phone number, etc.).
- If the courier attempts delivery and fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or other issues attributable to the customer, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- We cannot redirect or reroute shipments once they are in transit in most cases.
8. Failed Delivery / Returns to Origin (RTO)
- If the shipment is returned to us due to address issues, refusal, or inability to deliver after multiple attempts, we may cancel the order and refund the cost of items (minus shipping cost) or reship the package at your expense.
- Please contact our customer service if you anticipate a problem with delivery (e.g., you will be away when the shipment arrives).
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- On delivery, please inspect your package. If you find the packaging significantly damaged, or you suspect content issues, you may refuse to accept the delivery (or sign as “damaged”).
- If you accept the delivery, you must report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@misstkart.com with your order number and photos. We will assess and assist you in resolving the issue.
10. Changes to This Policy
MisstKart reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please review this policy regularly.
