    After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions.

  5. Refund or Replacement:
    Once approved, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement product, as per your preference.

Refund Process

After your returned item passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: We will ask for your bank account details to process the refund via online transfer.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us immediately upon delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging at info@misstkart.com. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel after shipping, you can initiate a return after receiving the item.

Shipping Costs for Returns
